According to Weill Cornell Rehabilitation's Dr. Jacyln Bonder and the New York Post, the best exercise you can do at any age is exercises with weights. Strength training results in better balance, flexibility, and core strength which are essential for all people, but become more important as we age. As Dr. Bonder says, "You can do almost any exercises at any age as long as you have good form."
